Warranty Policy
Due to the nature of personal care and consumable products, a traditional long-term warranty does not apply. Coverage is limited to issues related to product condition at the time of delivery and does not extend to normal use over time.
Condition on Arrival
Items are expected to arrive in usable condition. If a product is damaged during transit, leaking, or otherwise compromised upon delivery, it may be eligible for replacement or refund after review.
Notification should be made within 48 hours of receiving the order. Delayed reports can make verification more difficult.
Quality-Related Concerns
If a product appears significantly different from its intended form—such as unusual separation, strong off-notes in scent, or texture issues beyond normal variation—it may be reviewed as a quality concern.
Not all differences indicate a defect. Minor variations in color, scent, or consistency are expected and are not considered faults.
What Is Not Covered
- Changes resulting from improper storage conditions
- Products that have been used extensively or altered
- Normal variations in scent, color, or texture
- Personal preference or individual sensitivity after use
Environmental exposure, including heat and humidity, can affect product condition after delivery. These factors fall outside of coverage.
Resolution Options
Where an issue is confirmed, a replacement, partial refund, or full refund may be offered depending on the situation and product availability.
Each case is assessed individually rather than through a fixed outcome structure.

Requests submitted without sufficient detail may require follow-up before a decision can be made.
Final Notes
This policy is intended to address issues present at the point of delivery. It does not function as a long-term guarantee against changes that occur through normal use.
