Individual reactions to ingredients can vary. If a product does not suit your skin or preferences, this does not automatically qualify it for return once opened.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or differs from what was ordered, notification should be made within 48 hours of delivery. Clear images of the product and packaging are typically required for review.
Once verified, a replacement, partial refund, or full refund may be arranged depending on availability and circumstances.
Return Process

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. This helps ensure proper tracking and handling.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an error or defect, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For international returns, any customs-related fees incurred during return transit remain the sender’s responsibility.
